Bollywood3000 News: Having got married to the Bachchans' family Aishwarya Rai
says, “When a girl comes into another family it is her responsibility to keep up to the family status. So yes! Like any other married ladies she too is professional.
She has to become even more mature after getting married.”
“My professional and family liabilities are different but I need to handle both with enough care to strike a balance between the two. I am also luck y to have got married into a family who have supported me and my career fully well.”
While Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan draped in a glittery white sari with red border not only added a serene look to her beauty but added loads of charm to her persona. Ash literary seems to be in awe with Mani Ratnam who launched her in Iruvar in 1997. “I must thank and credit Mani sir for having conceptualized this awesome character for me. I had it all for me.
My character Ragini has to perform dances, stunts as well as facing the brunt of the weird character 'Raavan'. Believe me; I had to perform in the dense, dark and a dangerous forest crawling with snakes, leeches and all the possible creepy critters.
Mani sir would wake us up at sharp 5a.m. All of us would go on a Reiki and come back by eight and had to be ready for our first shot. Mani sir is so polite he would always say 'be your real self'.

Mexican girl Barbara Mori Interview: what about hot katrina and kareena?
Bollywood3000 News: Barbara Mori is getting to know B-Town, a few stars at a timeWearing a white dress and with no make-up, Barbara Mori greets me with a big "Hola". The Mexican girl is in the city to promote her upcoming release, Kites.
A natural beauty, she is warm and instantly likeable. Her eyes light up every time I mention her co-star Hrithik Roshan. I can't wait to get to know her and neither can you, I assume. Over to my tete-a-tete with Ms Mori.
What was your first impression of Bollywood?
I didn't know there was anything called Bollywood till I met Rakesh and Anurag in LA. All my life, I knew there was the Indian film industry, but the name Bollywood was foreign to me. I hadn't watched any Indian movie, but knew that the industry is very popular and makes the maximum number of movies.
How did you land Kites?
Rakesh had heard my name from someone and he started asking people about me and the work I'd done. He watched my last film and got in touch with my agent.
Why did you agree to do the film?
The credit goes to Anurag for a fantastic narration. The way he told me the story and narrated each and every small scene, I was simply mesmerised. I was absorbed in the story of this boy and girl who don't speak the same language. Even though the language was foreign to me, I could see the story unravel in my head. It was the most beautiful love story I had ever heard. That's when I decided to be a part of the film.
When did you hear about Hrithik?
I didn't know who he was until Rakesh told me to come to LA and watch Jodhaa Akbar. When I saw the film I was simply stunned, but I was like, 'this film is three hours long!!' I kept thinking who this guy was, walking around like a king, wearing an armour and looking so handsome. I simply loved that film, and then later, I saw his other films like Lakshya, Koi Mil Gaya, Kaho Naa Pyar Hai. Then I went on YouTube and checked how hugely popular he was and how big his family is. I googled him and realised he has a huge fan following not just in India, but the world over.
Seen any Hindi film that doesn't star Hrithik?
No, but I know a little bit more about the industry now. I know that you guys have really long movies and love dancing and singing in them. I would love to watch more films, if only I understood the language.
Do people know Hrithik or Bollywood back home in Mexico?
No, they don't know Hrithik neither are they aware about Bollywood. But when I tell my fans I worked on an Indian movie, they get super-excited. They wouldn't get that excited if I was working for a Hollywood film. They are waiting to see Kites.
Do you know what Kites is called in Hindi?
No, I don't know! Can you please tell me. The only Hindi line I can speak is 'Main ullu ki patthi hoon'. And yes, I know that it doesn't mean 'I love you'.
Have you managed to pick up any Hindi words?
Not really, but Anurag has taught me some juicy abuses which I keep practicing! I think if I were to talk in Spanish it would be hard for you to understand. It's a very difficult language to learn. Similarly, I have got accustomed to Hindi now. But the real problem was English. I don't speak English, and the English spoken here is heavily accented, so getting to learn that was also tedious. There were times when Anurag would speak so fast that I thought he was talking in Hindi, but he was actually speaking in English. Hrithik would come and tell me, 'It's okay. You don't have to get nervous'. He would translate it for me and make me understand. He has really been of great help.
Did you get a chance to meet any B-Town actors?
Yes, I know that Shah Rukh Khan is the biggest star in the country. In fact, I got a chance to meet him and his wife Gauri when Hrithik and Sussanne took me to his house. Gauri was such a warm host and very sweet to me. Then, last year, for Hrithik's birthday, I met Priyanka Chopra, She seemed like a really nice girl. But otherwise, I don't know anyone else.
Have you heard of Katrina Kaif?
No, but I know Kareena. I bumped into her at the airport the other day. Who is Katrina?
Well, Katrina, just like you, isn't an Indian. She couldn't speak Hindi, but today is one of the most popular actresses..
Then I should definitely meet her. Maybe I will tell Hrithik to introduce me to her. I always thought Aishwarya was the most popular actress!
What do you do when you aren't working?
I love spending time with my son and friends. I try and spend as much time with my son as possible.
Any plans to bring your son to Mumbai?
He wanted to join me, but he's 12 and has exams so he couldn't join me. I only got to see Goa, but haven't had the time to see Mumbai yet. I was also planning to go to Taj in Agra but even that hasn't happened yet. I definitely want to see more of India. Also my son is a huge fan of Hrithik since he learnt how to dance from him. He keeps in touch with him. I think Hrithik's sons are adorable. I remember meeting Sussanne for the first time and she was pregnant. She's so beautiful and such a lovely person. Their entire family has made me feel at home.
What next after Kites?
Well, I go back to Mexico and do another film. Then I am producing and acting in a play. I have a production company and doing a play is very exciting. After that, I have been offered another Bollywood film, but I can't disclose anything since things haven't worked out yet.
Your brother Kintaro wants to be a singer, have you been supporting him?
Oh yes, he's very passionate about singing. The other day, I was with him in the recording studio. He's currently recording an album with songs in Hindi, English and Spanish. He's producing it as well. It should be coming out soon.

Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai says that working on Mani Ratnam’s ‘Raavan’ in Hindi and Tamil simultaneously has boosted her confidence in the language.
“It was scary. I felt I was giving my final exams. Sometimes there would be last minute changes and it was chaotic. So, Mani gave me the scenes on location itself. Besides, I had to learn the lines of my co-star too,” she said.
The actor said even though she is acquainted with the language, she cannot break into a conversation in Tamil.
“But, with Raavan, Mani has boosted my confidence in Tamil,” she said.
Speaking about her character, Aishwarya said Ragini is a strong woman and she is glad that she got an opportunity to portray her.

“I felt completely related to the character as she stands out as a woman who is special,” Rai said.

Katrina kaif - Salman had confidence in me!
Bollywood3000: Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif, who is all set to make a splash in her upcoming flim 'Raajneeti', says her mentor-turned-boyfriend Salman Khan was always sure of her doing well and making a mark for herself in the tinsel town.
"Apart from guiding me, Salman had confidence in me. He is not the person to say that because he is friendly with you.
He will say it genuinely," Katrina told PTI.
The 25-year-old actress feels that it was her destiny that she came into the Hindi film industry and succeeded. She has many people to thank for her soaring career here.
"There are too many people whom I can call my godfather.
I am grateful and indebted to them. Even Akshay Kumar took a risk in working with me initially," she said.
"He did not know me at all. He was at crossroads of his career.

Salman Khan Dabang: Is he really that bad person, or its just his bad luck?
People know him as a brat, foul mouthed possessive play boy who loses his temper so easily that he can punch you anytime in your face, but do we actually know the truth about Salman Khan. Is he really that bad person, or its just his bad luck, some ill calculated decisions, and the wrath of media which has painted him as the ‘Dabang’ (Goon) of Bollywood.
He has again pulled off a ‘good Samaritan’ job, which will not only make his fans go proud on him, but it will be a solid reply to all those nay-sayers, who criticize Sallu Bhai.
Recently, he was in Wai, doing the shooting for his next movie ‘Dabang’. It attracted a lot of crowd from every corner. We all know the fan fare Sallu enjoys, so it is a normal thing for Salman. But in this huge crowd, a lot of aged people were also present. As usual Salman was very polite to them. He used to meet them on the sets, and exchanged pleasantries. Not only this, he also invited them over lunch. Then he comes to know that many aged people in that village have eye problem. Many had poor vision, sore eyes, and even cataract.
Salman couldn’t see them in this condition, and he called an eye surgeon and his team from Mumbai into that village. He asked them to do a thorough checkup of all those people. He was told that most of them has cataract. Salman brought all of them to a Pune hospital, and got them operated. He also took care of the post surgery medicines.
“When first checked it was found that 26 aged people were suffering from cataract problems. Salman accompanied them to Pune for their surgeries. The following week he took another 22 old folks to Pune and had their cataract surgeries performed too.” Revealed a source.
Well, now my question is to everyone. How many media reporters, gossip mongers, or the News Channel wallahs do we know, who try to paint him black, has ever helped a cataract patient (or any person who has some ailment.). It is certainly easy to pass a judgment and malign someone. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to be a human. And Salman has yet again proved that he is a good human being.

Bollywood Cute Actress Katrina Kaif- very worry about her performance in Raajneeti!
According to sources, latest update is that Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif forced the makers of Raajneeti to rework on the film, as she was not happy with her performance.
Katrina shocked director Prakash Jha with a call on Saturday (April 17), because she was supposed to fly off to London to attend her grandfather's 90th birthday but she cancelled the trip due to volcani ash. Though, she decided to make good use of her time by redubbing her portions in the movie.
"First I thought that she was calling from London. I laughed and told her to relax and enjoy her family gathering and stop thinking about work. But then she told me couldn't go to London because all flights to Europe were cancelled.
So instead of wasting her time in crying over missing the function, Katrina decided to get busy with re-dubbing her lines for my film. Although there was nothing more to do with the lines, as far as I could see, Katrina was convinced she could improve on her dialogue. Her logic was that if she suddenly had extra time, why waste it sleeping or partying? She said she'd rather work," said director Prakash Jha.

Katrina Kaif could not attend the important family function in London due to Volcanic ash erupting!
Katrina Kaif was supposed to be in London to join her family for an important family function but unfortunately, the actress could not make it due to the volcanic ash erupting from Ireland enveloped major parts of Europe and paralyzing air traffic. As a result, the actress was left stranded at the airport and had to later return back home.
“It was a very important family function. And I had to attend. I never realized it’d be impossible to make it. When I reached the Mumbai airport I came to know about what had happened. I was still not disheartened because I thought at the most, I’d be delayed… as I often am. When it comes to travel, one learns to be patient at airports,” Katrina said.
“Such things are bound to happen increasingly if we continue to abuse our environment. Personally, I wouldn’t have minded missing the flight. But it was a very important family gathering. Not being part of it really hurt,” she added.
Katrina was desperate to get hold of any means to reach London and said, “I don’t care if it is by train or boat. I’ve to get to London.”

Amrita Rao’s sister Preeta insists on calling fitness her ‘morning mantra’!
If you’ve seen this debutant actress in person, you’ll wonder why she ever needs to be concerned about her fitness. With an hourglass figure, Preeta is as fit as she can be. Yet, pretty Preeta, Bollywood actress Amrita Rao’s sister, insists on calling fitness her ‘morning mantra’ these days.
The beauty seems to have taken her fitness regime seriously after her co-star Arya shared some fitness secrets with her . “Arya has a great physique! While working on Chikku Bukku, he was kind enough to lend some serious fitness tips to me,” she reveals.
Apparently, the good-looking Kollywood hunk — whose female fans seem to be increasing by the day — took personal interest in Preetika and charted out a diet and a workout regime for his latest leading lady. “Arya would ask me every time on the sets about whether I had hit the gym! And during lunch and dinner breaks, he would give special instructions to the cook on how to serve me the right platter!” reveals Preeta.
And from what we hear, Preetika is getting compliments for her new-toned look that’s adding a dash of spice to her sweet features. “All thanks to Arya; he is my fitness guru!” exclaims the Mangalorean beauty.
About her rumoured “frosty relationship” with Shriya Saran (the other heroine of Chikku Bukku), Preetika says, “Contrary to rumours, we get along well. I first met Shriya in Karaikudi on the sets of the movie. It was Arya who introduced me to her and the first thing she said to me was that I have a lovely voice and that she finds me very beautiful!
Such words of praise and appreciation, coming from someone I consider a consummate actress and a perfect beauty, was overwhelming! We ended up spending two hours at dinner, discovering that we can almost see each other’s homes in Mumbai from our balconies. We spoke about everything under the sun — right from meditation techniques to workouts and diets”.
The film, which also has Shriya Saran as Arya’s leading actress, seems to be creating a bit of confusion about the Preetika’s role in it. Ask her about it and she playfully replies, “Well, Arya’s just got lucky this time with two leading ladies!”
About why she was not in London for the film’s latest song shoot, she states, “I don’t feature in that particular song. In a way, I’m glad I was not part of the song because that would mean I would have been stranded in London like my co-stars! However, I feature in three other songs, but can’t reveal anything more on them or the film at this stage.” So, what’s she doing next in Kollywood? “I’m listening to a lot of stories and will take a call soon.”

Priyanka Chopra's Interview: She talk about Ranbir and Akshay!
In a candid interview, Bolly town’s sweet, suave, sexy, spicy damsel, scintillating, sizzling, saucy, sultry, Priyanka Chopra speaks about her co-stars Ranbir Kapoor and Akshay Kapoor and also her foray into television with ‘Fear Factor’.
Here’s the interview in her own words:
On Ranbir Kapoor- “I have known Ranbir for three years. We have friends in common. However, I didn’t know him too well when I left for the ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ schedule in New York. We got to know each other there. He is a phenomenal co-actor, someone who keeps you on your toes. He has a certain sense of give and take. A certain sense of listening. As a person, he is super fun. We were always laughing and joking. It was a great outdoor.”
On Akshay Kumar and Fear Factor- “My television debut with ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ (KKK) is super exciting. I don’t see it as me replacing Akshay Kumar. How can I? Akshay is the original khatron ka khiladi, so I’m not even going to try. I will fail miserably. What I’m going to do is to bring my own personality into the show. And not try and step into Akshay’s shoes. My aim is to make the show young, vivacious, fun, funny and shake it up a little bit. I will not intrude into Akshay’s space. I’m shooting for KKK in August. The shooting days are only 20 and it’s going to be a September season of 16 episodes”
Conclusion: Is she in awe of Ranbir? Did she back bite Akshay who refused to do a film (Tees Maar Khan) opposite her? A woman’s tongue unleashed is more intriguing than an unsolved riddle of history…….

Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan: Are they Looks a like with each other?
When was the last you though that Shah Rukh Khan copies Amitabh Bachchan? Ok, let me change the question a bit. When have thought that SRK is following Big B’s footprints? Well, these questions might have occurred on your mind. But has it ever struck you that Big B looks like SRK? Ok, don’t laugh now, and please don’t expect that I will try to prove this mis-fact with some silly arguments.
As Big B revealed in his blog recently, when he was coming from Malaysia to Mumbai, an officer on the Airport mistaken him as SRK, and he greeted him as ‘Hello… Mr. Shah Rukh Khan’. He became literally ‘speechless’, and just laughed. Now he is thinking whether he should take it as a compliment or something else.
‘Airports are strange places. Kuala Lampur International Airport (KLIA) is no different from any airport where the staff would immediately recognize any celebrity, except a few exceptions. They mob and ask for pictures and stuff…I oblige…it makes them happy,’ Amitabh posted on his blog bigb.bigadda.com Monday.
‘They (Malaysians) seem to be obsessed with our cinema and with our artists. One today, uniformed and medalled, walked past me in the crowded duty free, turned back after expressing some recognition and smiled – ‘Hello… Mr. Shah Rukh Khan’,’ he added.
It left him at his wits end. Obviously it was an embarrassing situation, though it was the first time he had to face something like that, so he didn’t had any words to say. Big B, who is known for his wittiness and prompt answers, was at loss of words.
‘I am still debating in my head whether I should take this as a compliment or not. For the official to find absolute dedication in his name giving, sends me a healthy feeling,’ he wrote.
Well, shall we say the hair style……I am joking. SRK doesn’t have a beard!

The Beutiful words from Shahrukh Khan to Priyanka Chopra!
Priyanka Chopra, the 2000 Miss World and one of the leading ladies of the present Bollywood recently received the National Award for her stellar performance in Madhur Bhandarkar’s film ‘Fashion’. And her co-star from ‘Don’ Shahrukh Khan had lavished bucketfuls of praise on Piggy Chops.
And, the suave and super hot actress whose killer looks in ‘Pyaar Impossible’ failed to draw in the audience, showers flowery words for the King Khan. She says in his eulogy,
“I have been very vocal about my feelings for Shah Rukh Khan. I can’t tell you how proud, excited and humbled I am that he called me a ‘Shero’. Especially since he is someone I have admired from a very young age. Praise coming from someone I idolise means a lot more to me. It feels even better because when you are self made, you are constantly looking for someone to say that you are doing the right thing.
The fear factor is huge, you keep asking yourself, ‘Am I going the right way?’ I have no formal training. I don’t know films up, close and personal. My schooling has been my career. When compliments like this and awards happen, it just gives me the signal that I am headed in the right direction. I’m going to find my feet soon”
Well, the Shero looks really sultry in a golden swimsuit near the blue sea. And besides SRK, even Aishwarya’s hubby Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham would vouch for that. What say folks?

Akshay Kumar the original macho man and Khiladi of Bollywood?
We liked Hera Pheri, didn’t we? Especially we liked Akshay Kumar in it, because it was his first foray into the Comedy movies, and he rocked the country with his comic timing. A man, who is known to be the original macho man and Khiladi of Bollywood, portrayed the character of Raju, a loser, in Hera Pheri. And we adored him.
Now Akki has said in a statement that he loves to play a loser or underdog in a movie, because he thinks that we are like those characters in real life. He was doing a promotion for is upcoming movie ‘Housefull’, in which he allegedly plays a loser. He said that we might show off for an instant that we are hero, but deep down, there is a loser in everyone.
“When it comes to playing a loser, I enjoy it more than any macho role I have had to play. Is it difficult? Oh certainly yes. But then talking about real life, we are all duffers underneath anyways,” Akshay said in an interview.
He also revealed that he has played a macho man in plenty of movies, but he loves to play the character of a loser, because these are the characters with which the audiences actually relate.
“We may put on some cool macho act to woo the ladies and be the dude of the room. However, all us men would be losers if we were left to our own devices. That’s the reason why I love to play the underdog.” He added.
He stated that he is pretty different from other actors, because he loves to play an average man on screen, where as others often avoid them.
“Not many men would like to be ugly and unfortunate loser. In fact why just off the screen, even on the screen while enacting the character, they would avoid doing that. But then to me, there is nothing more real than playing an average Joe,” he says.

Akshay Kumar toyed with hot Deepika in bikinis in a Upcoming ‘Housefull’
Akshay Kumar may have toyed with hot babes in bikinis in the forthcoming ‘Housefull’ but it’s not a romantic scene with Deepika that is his favourite. In fact, his favourite scene is the one when he tries to impress Deepika when a notorious monkey runs off with her cell phone.
Akshay laughs, “My favourite scene is one of the gundaas take away Deepika’s phone and I have to fight that to impress her. That scene is something children are going to love a lot. My son was there when we were shooting and he has laughed and that’s why I assume all children are going to love it. And the way the monkey behaves is hilarious.”
Akshay, therefore, recommends that rib tickling scene for all his tweenage fans. However, there is one more scene that is on the news and director Sajid Khan has been flooded with SMSes over that scene. The scene in question is the one when a tiger is spotted sprawling himself lazily on a sofa enjoying his tryst with the comfort couch.
In any case, the film is one of the much awaited ones after a dry Bollywood run owing to the current fever over IPL.

Abhishek Bachchan is the Lucky Man? What do you think?
As far as getting lucky is concerned, one just can’t beat Abhishek Bachchan. The guy is certainly born with a silver spoon in his mouth, or is it the Golden Spoon? Well, actually both. Considering the fact that he has parents like Amitji and Jayaji, a wife like Ash, and to top it all a very very doting sister Shweta Nanda!
According to reports, the lucky guy has just received a belated birthday gift from sister Shweta, which is a super cool electronic gadget called the Apple i Pod. This bit of news was shared by Big B, in his micro blogging site Twitter.
The Apple I pod is not yet available in India, and it has really cool features that make it an ideal gadget to possess. The latest technologically hi-fi gadget, has touch screen, it is about 0.5 inches thick. The entire gadget is mere 9.4 inches equipment. It is said to be much thinner and much lighter than any net book or even a laptop.
The sleek featured gadget is so attractive, that Amitji has twittered that he too has informed his daughter about his forth coming birthday, and even he wishes to be the proud owner of this piece of marvel, that has come to the service of mankind!
Now, what can we say, but technology gratified?

Dabang Salman Khan Welcome to Shahrukh Khan in Dus Ka Dum 3!
News about Salman Khan being roped in for the show Dus Ka Dum 3, with double the amount per episode, has made enough headlines. But, the fact is that the handsome hunk is in deed very much in demand for the show, as the first two seasons were absolutely smashing hits, with many celebrities along with the common man coming for the show.
Sources reveal that, the secret to the success of the show was due to the fact that Salman had been less of a star and more of a common man, going by what the macho hunk had to say, even he feels the same way.
Salman, who is known very well for the closeness that he shares with Aamir Khan (the two regularly meet up at each other’s homes, to enjoy a few friendly moments), was asked if he would like to have SRK, as his guest in the show. Salman Khan, very graciously said that he would be very happy and Shahrukh was always welcome to come for the show for some fun and enjoyment. If Shahrukh agrees, then probably even Aamir Khan would not say no to his buddy Salman. That would surely call for a celebration!
Now, it seems that the season 3 of Dus Ka Dum, is all set to make great viewing, as if the three Khans unite and come for the show together, what would one ask for, after that? Guess nothing, as that would be the ultimate entertainment factor!

Priyanka Chopra is super sexy but carries that touch of grace! Do you like her?
Bollywood’s biggest Actress Priyanka Chopra is no vulgar, raunchy gal. She is super sexy but carries that touch of grace, élan and panache. If you wanna have the radiance and glow that oozes out of her yummilicious skin, then follow the following steps:
1. Drink gallons of water every day. Force water down your throat. It has got 3 plus points:
2. It makes your skin resplendent and shiny.
3. It eliminates the toxic and undesirable materials from your body
4. It is the best thing on the planet and comes free of cost (unless you prefer mineral water bottle)
5. If you have a dry skin like Priyanka’s then it’s of utmost importance that you use a moisturising body wash or soap. Priyanka’s favourite is Soft Luxury and you, too, can try it once.
6. Be happy always, come what may! “When you are happy, your radiance shows. It is very very important to feel good to be able to look good,” chirps Piggy Chops.
7. Use the right kind of soap according to the nature of your skin. Soap has the tendency of taking away the moisture from your skin. So, use lots and lots of moisturising cream.
8. Eat well. Say no to junk food as often as you can (though, I fear that requires some serious will power).
9. You should also sweat out in the gym and not be a couch potato.
10. Sleep well or else face those annoying dark circles. It’s your choice,
