Aishwarya Rai, Diya Mirza, Katrina, Deepika, Sonam- who is the best Vilain?

A new wave of filmmaking has hit Bollywood  today. Directors today are done with the tried and tested themes and are pushing themselves and actors out of the comfort zone. Some are successful, while others are not, but this has not deterred the filmmakers to stop experimenting. While earlier females in Bollywood were divided into two kinds of roles-vamps and heroines, now this classification is not so strict today.
Many mainstream heroines today have successfully played negative roles. Sometimes they play characters that are neither black nor white, but have shades of grey. Even though some of our heroines like Priyanka Chopra, Kajol have done negative roles, we would like more heroines to try out these bad girl roles.
Here we present five Bollywood heroines whom we would love to see in a negative role.
Aishwarya Rai-Aishwarya has got a stunning face and it is difficult to believe that she can be a bad girl and this is where the convincing power of the filmmakers comes into being. Aishwarya had played a woman with grey shades in Dhoom 2 and Khakhi, but she had a kind of justification for being bad. We would like to play her a role where she is bad, unapologetically.
Dia Mirza is another actress who has played mostly girl next door sweet characters and people will be surprised if she plays a role which has got negative shades. She is smart and looks good in short and body hugging dresses. Playing a negative role might give her that long awaited success and might also revamp her career which is currently not at its best stage.
Katrina Kaif has not experimented much other than conventional heroine roles. Even though she played a bad girl in the film Race, we would like to see her in a role where she dons the role of a mean girl and does all the wrong things unabashedly.

Even though Deepika Padukone is a relatively new entrant in Bollywood, she has played mostly goody goody roles till now .This sexy actress has earned commercial success as well as earned the appreciation of the critics. She is few films old and if she plays a sizzling, hot mean girl, it would give a perfect shock value to her character and also the film.

Sonam Kapoor, too, can be a good choice for a negative role. Even though with all that innocent looks, it is a little difficult to imagine her in a negative role, but nevertheless she can always experiment with her role and looks.Sonam is an extremely talented actress and we are convinced that she would carry off any role in a perfect manner.

Sonam Kapoor so much Inspired with Shahrukh, Aamir and Salman khan!

Bollywood300 New Delhi: The beautiful Sonam Kapoor has always been lavish in her praises for her co-stars. This time, the actress, who is chilling out in the capital has said some very sweet things about her co-stars – Prateik Babbar, Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan. She believes that the newcomers are very talented and they are the next Shah Rukh, Aamir and Salman Khan of the industry.
Talking to a news daily, the glowing beauty said, “I think everybody has potential in a different area. But the three more promising ones I would say are Prateik Babbar, Imran Khan and Ranbir Kapoor.”
“I think they will be the next Shah Rukh, Aamir and Salman Khan of the industry,” the actress added.

Sonam is looking forward to her upcoming films ‘Aisha’, ‘I Hate Luv Stories’ and ‘Thank You’. Talking about the films, Sonam revealed, “After ‘Aisha’, I have ‘I Hate Luv Stories’ and ‘Thank You’. ‘I Hate Luv Stories’ is a romantic comedy, and I star opposite Imran Khan. It’s being directed by a first timer, Puneet Malhotra, and it is a very funny, romantic movie. ‘Thank You’, on the other hand, is a full on Anees Bazmi film. It stars Akshay Kumar and I’m super excited about it, he’s a great looking guy.”

Katrina Kaif-Kareena Kapoor-Sonam Kapoor: Who is the Best Actress?

Top Bollywood Actresses Katrina, Kareena and Sonam Kapoor, they all are pretty women and extremely yummy and talented. Plus, they are also the top-notch actresses from the B-town. However, an interesting commonality that they share is that all three are gearing up to play on reel 3 different real life women.
1. Katrina Kaif- As you all know, her next film that’s knocking at the doors is Prakash Jha’s ‘Rajneeti’ in which she essays the character of Sonia Gandhi. Though, officially, Jha has denied a direct portrayal of Mrs Gandhi to dodge any controversies, but all are aware that Katrina’s character is pretty similar on the lines of India’s strongest woman politician.
2. Kareena Kapoor- This one is really interesting especially for ones who are still unaware of the developing story. Madhur Bhandarkar has roped in the sizzling Kareena Kapoor to get into the skin of Marilyn Monroe, the late iconic diva and akin to Monroe’s life, Kareena, too, will be seen bedding 5 different men. Now, we are still waiting for the 5 actors who make it to Kareena’s bedroom.

3. Sonam Kapoor- The young lass who is barely a couple of films old will be challenging herself as she pads up to sketch out the character of a tennis star on the lines of Sania Mirza. However, Shoaib Malik (Sania’s soon-to-be-husband) won’t be a part of the venture.

Now, you readers tell me, which film are you most eagerly waiting for?

Sonam Kapoor: Wanted to Do Somthing for Tennis Star 'Sania Mirza'!

Tennis star Sania Mirza is one of the most-talked about names at present, with news about her engagement and impending marriage to Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik doing the rounds.
This has led to a film based on her life. Anees Bazmee’s film Thank You will have Sonam Kapoor playing a character who is very similar to Sania. Thank You will start rolling in Canada in mid-April.

Sonam’s character is that of a pretty, young tennis player who falls in love with a guy, who turns out to be very wrong for her so she turns back from it before it gets too late. This bears a similarity to Sania’s engagement with Sohrab Mirza which was called off.

According to director Anees Bazmee, Akshay Kumar, who plays the male lead in the film, plays a playboy-like character, who is dating 30-35 girls at the same time. He gives up on flirting when he meets Sonam but he’s not serious about her either.

Although the director dodges the question of whether Sonam’s character is based on Sania Mirza, he states that Sonam will be trained by a tennis coach in Canada so that she looks professional and not amateurish.

Aishwarya Rai, Priyanka Chopra or Sonam Kapoor -Who is maximum style in a red number?

A little red dress has always been a hot choice among our gorgeous leading ladies of Bollywood.
Recently, the very hot Priyanka Chopra was seen a strapless red dress. She preferred to keep the look simple and classy, by wearing a watch on her right hand and sparkling earrings. With her shoulder length hair left open and a beautiful smile, Chopra managed to win the hearts of many.

From the time she has entered the industry, Sonam Kapoor has been praised for her sharp fashion sense. She is young, vivacious and is not afraid to speak her mind. The classiest gowns look as if they have been made for her and this red dress was no exception.

Kapoor had accessorized the look by wearing a watch on one hand and shining silver bangles on the other. Apart from that, she was also seen carrying a silver clutch bag and was a treat to the eyes.

Aishwarya Rai exuded style and loads of glamour when she wore a red Christian Dior gown to the 2008 International Indian Film Academy Awards. The Bacchan Bahu had preferred to complete the look by carrying a silver jeweled clutch bag.

With red lips and kohl-lined eyes, she got all the praises for her smoking hot style statement.

Out of the three leading ladies, I find the style of Sonam Kapoor really worth of appreciation. She has always managed to find a place for her in any list of best dressed celebrities of Bollywood. She has a fit body and a flawless complexion, which makes her look even more tantalizing. Her innocent, pure looks makes her stand apart from the rest of the Bollywood beautie

Sonam Kapoor turns publicist

Sonam Kapoor can be a good Public Relations Officer. It seems she is getting a hands-on experience of the field through social networking sites. On her account, she has been flaunting the accolades her father Anil Kapoor has been receiving for his debut on US television.

After Slumdog Millionaire, Anil Kapoor has been featured on US television with a two-hour season premier of the hugely popular drama series ‘24’.

He has a huge fan-following in US who are very impressed with his performance but unfortunately are finding it difficult to get in touch with the star. So to express their love towards Anil Kapoor and his work, they are posting their comments on his daughter Sonam Kapoor’s social networking account.

Being excited with her father’s popularity, Sonam enthusiastically posts the comments where Anil Kapoor fans call him charming and claim to see the series just for him. Sonam wants her friends and followers to read what Anil Kapoor fans feel about him. Now that’s called a smart PR and we won’t be surprised if she soon gets her father on social networking site too!

Sonam Kapoor aims for the superluxe Audi Q7

There may be a world of difference between the careers of Anil Kapoor and his daughter Sonam, but the latter, only two films old, has all the attitude that people like her father take decades of hard work to earn. Sonam Kapoor, with her kitty full of two flop films, announced rather haughtily at the 10th Auto Expo at Pragati Maidan that she was ready to buy an Audi Q7, a hot wheel that costs approximately Rs 1 crore.

"Ever since I've turned 18, I haven't asked my father for money. I have chosen an Audi Q7 for myself and I am buying it without any sort of help from my dad because I can afford it," said Sonam, adding that she loved to drive cars.

The father-daughter duo heated up the proceedings at the Auto Expo at Pragati Maidan, along with John Abraham, where the trio had arrived for the stellar launch of Audi's Sportsback Concept car. Two other cars from the Audi stable - Audi Q7 4.2 TDI and Audi A6 2.7 TDI - were also introduced on the occasion.

However, journalists threw some cold water on the ambitions of La Kapoor by repeatedly asking her if she had enough money to buy the high- end Audi Q7 car, as she had only delivered flops - Saawariya and Delhi 6 - in the past two years.

The actress shot back saying, "I work very hard and if you haven't noticed, I also have endorsements besides Bollywood movies. After Delhi 6, I have done about three ads too. And I am in no hurry to do movies because I work in only one film in a year." For the Kapoor senior, however, the launch was a trip in nostalgia as he remembered the time he first bought his Audi.

"I was probably the first Bollywood actor to buy an Audi in 1988," he guessed, adding, "Ravi Shastri (the cricketer-turned-commentator) got an Audi around the same time but he got it as a gift, while I had bought the car with my hard-earned money. It was a proud moment for me to be one of the very few people to own that car then," he remembered.

Looking resplendent in a Louis Vuitton Fall 2009 outfit, Sonam clearly stole the show at the launch, despite the dishy Abraham and of course, despite the glittering hot wheels.

Though yet to deliver a hit at the box office, she was the toast of the crowd - people jostled with each other for her autographs and photographs, with many popping out their cell phone cameras. The father surely looked proud at her daughter's popularity. A hit film is all she needs now.
