Bipasha Basu to resurrect Zeenat Aman in ‘Dum Maro Dum’

‘Dum Maro Dum’ is the new thriller that’s in Bipasha’s kitty and she’s going gaga about it. The flick is a racy thriller based on gangsters and drug racquets but Bips is delighted that her role has a striking resemblance with that of her idol Zeenat Aman.

The yesteryear star Zeenat had portrayed a similar character in the Dev Anand’s much popular film ‘Hare Rama Hare Krishna’.

“Zeenat Aman is my all time favourite. I hold her in high esteem and there can be no one like her,” quips an ecstatic Bipasha.

Bipasha Basu has climbed the ladder the hard way to be counted amongst the top bracketed Bollywood actresses. She had no godfather to begin with but the dusky brunette left no stone unturned to mesmerize the viewers; be it in ‘Jism’ or in ‘Dhoom’. She is also the fittest actress of the present Bollywood and is a workaholic when it comes to working out in the gym.

And in Rohan Sippy’s ‘Dum Maro Dum’, she’d be sketching out the glamorous character of a junkie who gets entangled with the Telugu star Rana Daggubati. Let’s hope, the film will be worth a watch and there would be more to the film than Bips.
