Bipasha Basu: Fitness Regimen For the lazy and the busy!

The fitness DVD that has recently been launched by the fittest actress of bollywoods today Bipasha Basu is meant for the kind of people who are either too lazy or too busy to do any kind of physical exercises to make their bodies fitter and better.
According to news, the actress has gone on to say that she has specially planned the regimen herself with every move calculated towards a more physically better body for all those who want to achieve it but have no time to hit the gym.
She even showed concern for those who can’t afford the gym and thus has carefully planned a very nice and easy exercise routine which takes approximately around 25 minutes to complete.Bips has put in eight months of hard work to get the perfect combination of workouts in her DVD.

Reports suggest that she would wake up in the middle of the night and start working on the details and sometimes she would wake up John to help her out and the helpful gut would give his suggestions without batting an eyelid even if he was extremely tired.

Bipasha is a fitness struck gal and her complete transformation has led her to be the actress with the best bod in tinsel town which her beau John Abraham has been announcing with a lot of praises showered on Bips Her DVD titled ‘Love Yourself’ has the song sung by Monali with some parts sung by Bipasha too.

The actress has confessed that she is obsessed with being fit and she loves all forms of exercises right from Yoga to Aerobics to Pilates.

What strikes her most is that most people around her are not fit enough and when she questions them they tell her that they have no time or the money to work out in a gym. So, she came out with this idea of a basic guide to help those who really cared to have a proper and fit body. Her future plans include coming out with more DVD’S like this so that she can guide more and more people towards a healthy living.
